How Do I Return An Item?

To return or exchange an item, please fill out the form below within 14 days of item receipt.

For Damaged / Incorrect Merchandise

Please keep the item and any packaging materials that came with your shipment in case the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) wants to do an investigation on the damage. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our facility, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.

For Unwanted Items

Please ship the item ( In new condition, with all tags attached, in it’s original packaging) back to our facility at your expense. Once the merchandise is received at our facility, we will issua a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item (less the original shipping charges).

Are There Items That Can’t Be Returned?

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective, or unless we shipped you an incorrect item in error. These items will have this noted in their product description:

• BPA Free Water Bottles (due to health reasons)
• Dated Materials (such as calendars)

We’re sorry that you have a problem with the merchandise your ordered.  Please fill out this form, and we will send you return instructions.  Please Note: Shipping charges are only refundable if your return is the result of an error made by Range of Light.
